MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Rental By Owner Awareness Association is a Hawaii non-profit corporation with the mission to help property owners who wish to rent their property understand the various complications that can arise and help them understand the current laws in place that they need to abide by.
We believe that visitors to Hawaii should have the option of obtaining their accommodations from hotels, property managers or directly from the property owners. We also believe that vacation property owners should have the freedom to decide to rent their property through realtors, property managers, or directly to visitors and that Hawaii law should encourage competition.
Membership requirements: Property Ownership in the Hawaiian Islands and Compliance with State and County Tax and Zoning laws
